For complete site selection needs for your meeting or event, we will research available venues at your desired destination, send out the meeting requests and compile a summary of responses from the bidding properties. Once the meeting site is selected, we will negotiate contract terms on your behalf and provide a proposed agreement for your review and signature. We will also track the due dates for the remaining tasks leading up to your meeting, i.e., name lists, room confirmation numbers, and banquet event orders.
